Digital Transformation

 

 

Compass is nation-wide system currently used by Scouts UK to manage adult volunteer records. It is soon being  replaced by new digital tools aimed at improving your volunteering experience. While the change will affect everyone in different ways, depending on their role, the below information will be useful to everyone:

7th November: Compass goes offline as data is moved to the new system: Interim data extracts will be available to volunteer team leaders via a secure link so they can still access information if needed

28th November onwards: A staggered roll out of the new system will  take place over a few days.

  • Volunteer team leaders will receive login details a few days before their team, so they can review the data first.
  • Every volunteer will be invited via email to access their own account and their volunteering record will follow through to the new system.
